The most common questions

I have registered but did not receive an e-mail with the confirmation link. What have I done wrong?

First check the Junk folder or Spam folder of your e-mail program, often the e-mail with the confirmation link ends up there. If you don't find an e-mail there either, please click on the link "I have already registered but have not yet received a confirmation e-mail. Send mail again" on the registration page. The e-mail will be sent again.

I have already registered, but I have forgotten my password/user data. What should I do?

Click on the link "Have you forgotten your password?" or "Have you forgotten your user data? in the login area.

I have placed an advertisement, but it does not appear in the Housing Market yet. Why is my advertisement not displayed?

Your advert will not be put online immediately. Only after your advert has been internally checked and activated by us will it be displayed in the housing market.

How can I change or delete my advertisement afterwards?

First of all, enter the housing exchange with your user name (= e-mail address with which you registered) and password.
Click on the object to be edited under "Edit or delete apartments".

How can I upload pictures with the advertisement?

Click on "Your objects" in the top right corner. Click on "Upload pictures" at the object for which you want to upload pictures. Upload your pictures one by one. Images can be uploaded in the formats JPG, JPEG, GIF and PNG. PDF files cannot be uploaded.
